STUDIO SUMMER SCHOOL
Tuesday 2nd – 6th August
During this week we will run a mix of classes and courses to develop your dance and we are bringing in a new course for stage makeup! As always, these courses are open to both STUDIO students and their friends and families so please feel free to share this information if you know someone else who would be keen. This week will run alongside our usual SOS days each Tuesday of summer.
This course will progress your tap ability by learning new and complex tap routines and steps. Miss Emilie will be teaching the ISTD Advanced 1 Tap syllabus, which as the students get older, will become an examination opportunity. The Advanced 1 syllabus is the second to highest level examination in ISTD tap, so will bring a challenge to students! Intermediate Tap will need to have been passed before taking this exam.
With the exception of our adult short courses, each of our classes have a required list of STUDIO kit items. Our uniform lists have been carefully selected not only to make learners feel comfortable and look fantastic, but with expert knowledge on the very best tools for the job.
