STUDIO SUMMER SCHOOL
Tuesday 2nd – 6th August
During this week we will run a mix of classes and courses to develop your dance and we are bringing in a new course for stage makeup! As always, these courses are open to both STUDIO students and their friends and families so please feel free to share this information if you know someone else who would be keen. This week will run alongside our usual SOS days each Tuesday of summer.
This 5-day course will be taught by STUDIO principle- Miss Emilie covering the ISTD Intermediate-Foundation Contemporary syllabus. This course will give students a new dance discipline to add to their repertoire, with an examination opportunity at the end of it. Contemporary is a fusion between modern and classical ballet and is an expressive dance form to connect the mind and body. Students will need to attend the course twice before they can take their examination. Please note examination fees are additional to the course fee.
With the exception of our adult short courses, each of our classes have a required list of STUDIO kit items. Our uniform lists have been carefully selected not only to make learners feel comfortable and look fantastic, but with expert knowledge on the very best tools for the job.
